The Students’ Association offers a variety of spaces for special events and meetings. The Wyckham House Student Centre provides a clean, accessible venue with experienced staff and affordable pricing.

Liberty Lounge

The Liberty Lounge is a Student-owned campus hotspot with pool and foosball tables, big screen TVs, video games and a great selection of delicious beverages. For more information about the Liberty visit the Liberty link.

2nd & 3rd Floor Meeting and break-out rooms

The Student’s Association has a variety of meeting rooms ranging from small meeting rooms suitable for 2-27 people in boardroom or U-shape configurations to our large Council Chambers which can easily accommodate up to 50 individuals in boardroom-style seating.

Art Gallery

The Students’ Association Art Gallery is an excellent location for your small reception or sales meeting. Located on the second floor this room will up to 30 individuals in U-shape configurations. This room has adjustable lighting and is adjacent to our 2nd Floor Lounges for larger events.

2nd Floor Lounges

There are two lounges on our 2nd floor which are ideal for informal receptions and gatherings. Use them together, separately, or in coordination with our Art Gallery. One lounge features two television screens and large windows for abundant natural light.

Wyckham Hall

Wyckham Hall is the main courtyard-style space which anchors our Student Centre. The Hall is suitable for concerts, receptions, or large informal gatherings. Wyckham Hall can also be used in coordination with our Banquet Hall and the Liberty Lounge. Wyckham Hall features digital advertising signage to help promote your message.

Banquet Hall

Our Banquet Hall is the newest space on our main floor and is adjacent to Wyckham Hall. It is suitable for receptions or large informal gatherings. Banquet Hall features digital advertising signage to help promote your message.
