The SAMRU Reusable Dish Program provides you with all the environmental benefits of a reusable dish without the hassle of carrying around your own dish and washing it. Get a program card at Copywrite & Used Books then go to The Hub for a washable dish and cutlery set. Return the dish and cutlery when you are finished your meal to retrieve your card for use the next time you eat. Our state-of-the-art dishwasher cleans and sanitizes the program’s dishes so you’ll always have a clean set available when you bring in your card.

It’s simple and easy to do!

1	Go to Copywrite & Used Books in the basement of Wyckham House to sign up and get your card (please bring photo ID). There is a $7.50 deposit required (cash only), however deposit can be refunded up until June 30th, 2012 (some exceptions may apply).
2	Next, go to The Hub to get your reusable dish and cutlery set. Once you are done, return the set to The Hub and get back your card. You can use the program as often as you would like throughout the year.
3	Once you are finished with the program, return your card to Copywrite & Used Books to get back your deposit (some exceptions may apply). The program ends June 30th, 2012. Any cards not returned to Copywrite & Used Books Centre by June 30th, 2012 will not refund the deposit. You are free to end the program any time before June 30th, 2012.

This program is open to everyone – students, faculty and staff of MRU.

SAMRU Reusable Dish Program Terms and Conditions

1.  Cards are non-transferable.
2.  This program expires on June 30th, 2012; deposit will not be refunded if card is not returned by this date.
3.  Limit one card per person at any time.
4.  The card must be presented to use the program.
5.  Lost or stolen cards will be replaced at SAMRU’s discretion.
6.  Deposit rate is subject to change at any time, however a deposit amount will not be returned for more than what was initially paid.
7.  This card can be used repeatedly within the program period.
8.  This card must be surrendered upon request by the SAMRU.
9.  Loss of theft of the card must be reported immediately to the SAMRU in person or by e-mail. The cardholder will be responsible for all materials borrowed and all charges attributable to the card before the loss or theft of the card is reported.
10.  SAMRU reserves the right to suspend/cancel the card in the event of unreturned material, or inappropriate behaviour on the part of the cardholder. The card belongs to the SAMRU. On cancellation of the card, the cardholder must immediately return the card and all materials borrowed to the SAMRU and pay all outstanding charges attributable to the card. Reinstatement of borrowing privileges will be at SAMRU’s discretion.
11.  The cardholder is responsible to return material in the same condition it was borrowed.
