NOTICE OF ELECTIONS - 2005

TO ALL ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION OF MOUNT ROYAL COLLEGE:

The 2003 Annual Spring Election of the SAMRC will take place on the following dates and times:

The following Offices on the Student Executive Committee of the SAMRC shall be open for election:

a)	President
b)	Student Life Vice President
c)	External Vice President
d)	Academic Vice President

The following Offices on the Students' Council of the SAMRC shall be open for election:

a)	Arts Faculty Representative
b)	Business & Entrepreneurial Studies Faculty Representative
c)	Communications Studies Faculty Representative
d)	Conservatory & Continuing Education Faculty Representative
e)	Health & Community Studies Faculty Representative
f)	Science & Technology Faculty Representative
g)	Students with Disabilities' Representative
h)	Immigrant, International and Visible Minority Students' Representative
i)	Native, Aboriginal and First Nations Students' Representative
j)	Women Students' Representative

Nominations for these positions will be accepted in the prescribed form during regular business hours from 8:30 AM on Wednesday, February 2 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16. All elections, nominations, and campaigning shall be strictly governed by Elections, Other Campaigns and Individual Grievances Policies and Procedures of the Students' Association of Mount Royal College, a copy of which may be consulted at the SAMRC Executive Offices. A copy of this document will be available to nominees at the time of filing their nomination papers in the prescribed form.

NOMINATION FORMS AND FURTHER INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM SAMRC EXECUTIVE OFFICES - ROOM Z201, WYCKHAM  HOUSE.
