PAUL BLEILE PR. Not politics. I wonder if the SU would benefit from taking a closer look at what we are saying and how we are saying it. For example: Every semester fees go up, and every semester we have a rally, and every semester the government says: so what? How else might SU approach it? Any room for a new angle here? On methodology: I’m a deal-maker, not a paper-bound politician. I’ve got a pretty good handle on college on-goings. But, I’d be arrogant to tell you that I wouldn’t be doing some learning. I’m good at finding bright people when I need to understand more about something. That’s where you come in. My end of the deal? People can talk to me. I can talk to people. I’m good at figuring out how to get ‘message’ across. Bureaucracy doesn’t intimidate me — I know the lingo. And, I’m too cynical to have any political agendas. So here’s the deal: put me in, tell me what we think, and I’ll communicate it.
