SEAN FRASER

If elected President, it would be my priority to see that Mount Royal College continues to be a leading College in Canada. We already have the best athletics in the Nation, and now it is time to have the best of everything else. I believe that education is not a privilege — it is a right. With more and more students feeling alienated by the provincial education system, it is time that we as a students association stand for freedom of education. As a dedicated leader, I will serve the people that elect me. I have the time; I have the expertise; I have the motivation; and I have the heart to be an excellent President. I have grown up in a political environment, and have been surrounded by top politicians. I study politics on a daily basis; now it is time for me to put my experience and knowledge into practice. I will not only do my personal best to be politically correct, but also I will do my best to be morally correct. In a time where values are changing, and people are becoming increasingly amoral — I will remain impartial, overt, and ethical. I will not only be a student, but I will be a leader. Mount Royal needs to be regarded both internally and externally as an academic institution of the highest caliber. The students Association is to be run with principles of peace, order, and good government. I intend to live up to these ideals and will do my best to see to it that others follow these principles. I am moral, religious, honest, and have the best of intentions for Mount Royal College and its students. We have the Alberta advantage, now it is time we have the Mount Royal advantage.
