SAMRC adheres to the following privacy policies:

We collect your personal information only with your informed consent. We use your information for personalization, identification, and communication. We do not sell or redistribute your personal information outside of SAMRC without your prior notice.

In using SAMRC's web site, you may be asked to provide information (such as name, student ID number, contact information, or other information) to SAMRC, or its affiliates. Any personal information collected on this site will be used to administer and manage Students’ Association’s programs and services, and to maintain the Students’ Association’s records. This information will be protected by the provisions of the Personal Information and Protection Act and can be reviewed during normal business hours upon request.  Information may be disclosed to third parties in order to meet specific contractual and legislative requirements required to deliver services you have requested.  We treat your personal information with care and respect, and use it to improve our services to you.

If your organization has a preexisting agreement with SAMRC, that agreement, along with the specific guidelines for each logo, will specify your rights and obligations regarding use of SAMRC logos  If you do not have an existing agreement with SAMRC, you do not have permission to use SAMRC logos.
