In using SAMRU’s web site, you may be asked to provide information (such as name, student ID number, contact information, or other information) to SAMRU, or its affiliates. SAMRU and these entities may use this information for research purposes, for statistical purposes, to tailor their presentations to you, facilitate your movement through the web site, or communicate separately with you. We will not provide such personally identifiable information to anyone outside SAMRU without prior notice to you.

Any personal information collected on this site will be used to administer and manage Students’ Association’s programs and services, and to maintain the Students’ Association’s records. This information will be protected by the provisions of the Personal Information and Protection Act and can be reviewed during normal business hours upon request. Information may be disclosed to third parties in order to meet specific contractual and legislative requirements required to deliver services you have requested. We treat your personal information with care and respect, and use it to improve our services to you.
