Volunteers- General Faculties Council

General Faculties Councillors participate on the General Faculties Council and its various sub-committees by representing student interests. The General Faculties Council develops and approves policies that deal with academic activities at the University.

There are many benefits to be gained from being an General Faculties Councillor, especially if you want to expand your work experience. Consider this:

  • Get practical professional meeting skills and experience
  • Work with university professionals
  • Represent student concerns on the only decision-making body in the University where students have an equal voice

A small honorarium is given in recognition of your time and efforts.
